Ingredients: 2 medium potatoes Butter, margarine or olive oil Time: 35 min Directions:1. Slice the potatoes into 5mm rounds. Place on a greased baking tray and brush with oil or butter. 2. Sprinkle with topping of your choice. Cover and bake for 15 minutes in a hot oven 220 C, uncover and bake a further 10 minutes until crisp and brown. 3. These may also be prepared in the microwave. Cover with cling wrap and cook for approximately 5 minutes until tender. |
