Ingredients: 1 10-ounce package frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed 1 cup frozen unsweetened boysenberries, thawed 20 ice cubes (about 3 cups) 1 10-ounce package frozen sweetened strawberries, unthawed, cut into 8 pieces 1 cup light rum 1/3 cup fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon powdered sugar 4 fresh whole strawberries 4 lime wedges Directions:In blender, puree raspberries and boysenberries. Strain puree into bowl, pressing on solids with rubber spatula; discard solids. Return puree to blender. Add ice, frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice, and sugar; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 margarita glasses. Garnish daiquiris with fresh strawberries and lime wedges. |
