Ingredients: shrimps 1 clove of garlic butter 1 tbsp of tomato paste 2 tbsp of sour cream 1 tbsp of cognac 1 lemon herbs 1 tsp of red caviar Directions:1. Boil the shrimps in the salted and peppered water. 2. Sauce: Crush the clove of garlic and fry it in the butter, add the tomato paste, sour cream. Pour the water in which the shrimps were boiled and 1 tbsp of cognac into the frying pan. Let it stay on the cooker for 1 or 2 more minutes. Sprinkle the lemon juice squeezed out of 1 lemon onto the shrimps and cover them with the sauce, and garnish with the herbs and the red caviar. |
