Ingredients: 8 slices bacon 1-1/2 tomatoes, seeded and diced 1 small onion, diced 1/2 cup mayonnaise 3 ounces Swiss cheese, grated 1 teaspoon basil 1 large can flaky biscuits
Directions:1. Cook bacon; when cool, crumble. Combine bacon, onion and tomatoes. Add mayo, cheese and basil to bacon mixture. In 9x13 pan, layer biscuits (just take biscuits and press into pan). Pour bacon mixture over biscuits and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. If doubling recipe, bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes. 2. This can also be made in cupcake holders. Just take the biscuits, break into a couple of pieces and put then into cupcake shells and add bacon mixture. Cook similar time above. |
