Ingredients: Pastry: 1 (3 ounces) package Philadelphia cream cheese 1 stick margarine 1-1/2 cups flour Mix together; roll in wax paper, refrigerate one hour. Filling: 3 tablespoons margarine 1 medium-size onion, chopped (or less) 8-ounce can mushrooms, chopped 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup sour cream Directions:Saute onion in margarine; add rest of ingredients except sour cream. Cook about five minutes. Remove from heat and add the sour cream. Press pastry in small muffin tins. Fill with mushroom mixture. Bake at 375 degrees until slightly browned. Makes about 30 small tassies. They freeze well. |
