Ingredients: 3 large and long yams 1/2 - 3/4 cup good olive oil 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:Wash and peel yams. Cut into real thin pieces or rounds. Dredge yam slices into olive oil and chopped garlic mixture for a moment. Put slices on non-stick greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes turning chips with tongs. Be careful not to burn. When done let cool and salt and pepper to taste. |
