Ingredients: 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion 1 1/2 cups leftover chunky cranberry sauce 1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup apple juice 2 teaspoons minced jalapeno Directions:In a medium pan over medium heat, saute garlic in olive oil until just very lightly browned. Add onion and cook 1 minute. Add cranberry sauce, orange juice, apple juice and jalapeno and cook, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. |
