Ingredients: 1 package Betty CrockerR hash brown potatoes 4 cups very hot water 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham 3/4 cup milk 1/3 cup sliced green onions 1 can (11 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
Directions:1.Heat oven to 375?F. Cover Potatoes with very hot water in 2 1/2-quart bowl. Let stand uncovered about 8 minutes; drain thoroughly. 2.Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Spread mixture in ungreased 2-quart casserole. 3.Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. |
