Ingredients: 3 cups egg noodles 1 lb round steak, cut in thin strips 1 tb flour 2 tb veg oil 1-19 oz can stewed tomatoes 1 med red pepper cut into thin strips 1 med green pepper cut in thin strip 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp Worchestershire 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup sour cream Directions:Cook noodles according to pkg drain. Coat beef strips with flour. Heat oil in large fry pan. Saute beef in pan over heat until browned. Stir in stewed tomatoes, peppers, paprika, Worchestershire and salt. Bring to boil; then simmer 3-5 min. Stir in sour cream then gently stir in drained noodles or serve beef and peppers over noodles. |
