Ingredients: 1/2 onion, chopped 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped finely 1 finger of ginger, chopped finely 3-4 slices bacon, chopped 5 tablespoons curry powder 3 cups milk 1 can coconut milk 8 tablespoons flour Salt and pepper to taste 20 medium shrimp Directions:Brown onion, garlic, ginger, and bacon. Add milk, coconut milk, and flour. Stir constantly with wire whisk. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place shrimp in a separate pot of water. Par-boil shrimp until foam rises. Rinse, shell, and devein shrimp. Combine shrimp with sauce. Serve and enjoy! |
