Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 2 cups of shredded sharp processed American cheese (about 8 oz.) 2 drops of red pepper sauce 1/3 cup of dry white wine 1 can (5 oz.) of lobster, drained and broken into small pieces
Directions:In earthen fondue pot, melt butter over low heat. Gradually stir in cheese until melted. Add red pepper sauce, gradually stir in wine. Add lobster, stir until heated through. Makes about 1 1/2 cups dip. Dip with either raw vegetables or chips. |
