1/2 cup of nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 cup of minced fresh cucumber
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 teaspoons of chopped fresh tarragon
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, stirring thoroughly. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before servings.
