One 8 ounce plain Lite-n- Sour Sour cream
6 tablespoons of shredded carrots
4 tablespoons of shredded radishes
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 package of Frito-Lay green onion dip
Mix all of the ingredients well. Serve with carrots, celery, cauliflower and cucumbers. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
