4 medium apples, peeled, cored and quartered
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons of rose water
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of dried mint
Place the apples, sugar, rose water, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and process until the apples are coarsely chopped. Transfer to individual bowls, sprinkle with mint, and serve.
