Ingredients: 2 cans black beans, (19 oz each drained and rinsed) 1 onion, chopped 1 carrot, chopped 3 tomatoes, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 jalapeno pepper, mincded 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp crumbled dry rosemary Salt 2 garlic, minced Vegetable oil Directions:1. Heat oil to medium-high. Add in garlic, onion, jalapeno, carrot, and green pepper. Cook until the veggies are soft. 2. Add in tomatoes, beans, chili powder, salt, rosemary, and cumin. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve. |
