Ingredients: 150 g asparagus, cut in 2 cm sections 2-4 carrots, cut in 2 cm cubes 2-3 cups vegetable soup stock Salt and black pepper 3 strands cilantro, (for garnish) Sesame oil Directions:Bring soup stock to a boil, and add in the carrots and asparagus. Add salt and pepper. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes until the veggies are cooked. Dish in a bowl, garnish with cilantro and sesame oil. |
