Ingredients: 3 cups shell pasta 1 potato, peel and dice 1 carrot, peel and dice 1 white onion, peel and chop 1 canned tomatoes 1 cup green peas Olive oil 1 tbsp minced garlic Salt and pepper Directions:Boil the shell pasta and potato until soft. Then drain the water. Heat a sauce pan to medium high, and cook the garlic, carrot, onion, green peas, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook until carrots are soft. Add in tomatoes, bring to a boil, and add in the pasta. Mix, and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes, and its ready to serve. |
