Ingredients: freshly washed and dried grapes, or dried apricots Stilton, Gorgonzola, or Roquefort cheese toasted almonds, pecans, or hazelnuts Directions:Wash and drain the grapes. Allow the cheese to stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour. About 1 hour before serving, wrap each grape with some of the cheese and sprinkle with the finely ground nuts. Arrange and serve. Or, spread the softened cheese on top of a dried apricot, serve. |
