1 1/2 pounds sirloin, sliced thin
2 teaspoons Pappy`s Fajita Spice, sprinkled over sliced beef
1 lime, squeeze juice over beef and spice and marinate 1 hour
2 medium green bell peppers, seeded and sliced lengthwise
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced lengthwise
2 sweet (Vidalia) onions, sliced lengthwise
1 dozen small flour tortillas, warmed
Quickly stir-fry beef, remove from pan, add sliced vegetables and sitr-fry unti tender/crisp. Return cooked beef to pan and combine with vegetables. Add additional spice and lime juice to taste. Serve in warm tortillas.
