Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 can green chilies 1 can Mexican Stewed tomatoes 2 tablespoons Mansmith`s BBQ Paste 6-8 flour tortillas 3 cans enchilada sauce 2 teaspoons Mansmith`s Dry Fire Seasoning shredded cheddar cheese 1 can olives, for garnish Directions:Brown ground beef, add green chilies, tomatoes, and BBQ Paste. Fill flour tortillas with mixture, lay in an 8 by 8 inch square baking dish. Top with enchilada sauce, the Dry Fire, and cheese. Garnish with olives as desired. Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Makes about 6 enchiladas. |
