Ingredients: 1-1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp Olive oil "Old Bay" seasoning Juice of 1 lemon Oregano
Directions:Cook the shrimp with the seasoning, or salt if not available. Do not over cook. When done, drain shrimp and place in a platter and drizzle a good grade of extra virgin olive oil and juice of 1 lemon, sprinkle with oregano. Serve with Greek salad and a hard crusty bread. |
