Ingredients: 1 kg spinach 150 g rice 10 sticks of spring onions 2 carrots 1 spoon of butter Salt, black pepper, red paprika pepper 1 bunch of fresh mint Directions:Fry the finely cut onions and carrots in a cooking tray. Add the rice and stir until the rice changes its colour into light brown. Then add the roughly cut spinach, the mint, the rest of the ingredients and 3 cups of water. Bake for about 35 minutes in a 200 Celsius oven. When serving, add a few spoons of good thick yoghurt. |
