Directions:1.In a blender or food processor, combine feta, gouda, yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil and black pepper. Process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and chill until served. 2.Serve with crackers, toasted pita bread or baguette slices. 3.Makes approximately 2 cups. |
