1 large package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 lb. butter or margarine, softened
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tsp. baking powder sifted with
2 cups flour
Cream butter and cream cheese, add the slightly beaten egg yolks. Add the flour/baking powder mixture a little at a time. Mix well and place in refrigerator overnight (or at least 8 hrs.). Roll out a little dough at a time on a floured board. (Keep the remaining dough in the fridge). Cut into circles with a small glass (use a juice glass) - make a slight dent in the center of each and top with about 1/2 to 1 tsp. of Bohemian Style or Solo brand fruit puree (preserves to not work). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
