1 lb ground pork, readyground or use a pork roast that is lean and grind it at the supermarket or at home. Grind it at least twice.
1/2 cup flour
1 medium onion finely grated.
Salt and pepper
1 cup milk
Mix together and add milk. Let the mixture stand for one hour. It becomes firmer. Fry in butter or margarine. Use tablespoon to form meatballs, not perfectly round. Size, your preference. Large for traditional Danish dish, small for potluck. Can be flavored with your favorite spice, if you really have to.
