Ingredients: Firm small potatoes 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 stick butter or margarine
Directions:Boil the potatoes in their skin and then peel. When cold rinse in cold water and strain. Melt the sugar in a frying pan then add the butter or margarine. When the mixture is completely melted add the moist potatoes and stir frquently at low to medium heat until golden for 15-20 minutes. Serve with roast pork and other pork dishes. |
