Ingredients: 1-2 finely chopped onions 1-2 cloves of garlic 1-2 fresh chilies 1 tbsp oil 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 1/2 celery 1 can chopped tomatoes 1 tsp oregano 1 can kidney beans cumin salt pepper Directions:1. Saute the onion, garlic and chilli in the oil. Add the finely chopped red and green pepper and the celery. Blend in the chopped tomatoes and 2 dl water. Add oregano and simmer until the vegetables are tender for about 5 minutes. 2. Drain the can of beans into a sieve and wash in cold water. Blend them into the dish and let them heat through. Season with the cumin, salt and pepper and serve with French bread. |
