Ingredients: 2 large eggs 6 tbsp oats 75 g white flour 2 tbsp oil 300 ml water or milk 200 g ham 200 g cheese 1/2 handfull finely chopped chives salt and pepper oil for frying 6 cherry tomatoes Directions:Whip eggs, oats, flour, and oil together. Add the water/milk and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Make 6 large pancakes. Spread ham, cheese chives and cherry tomatoes on each pancake and season. Roll the pancakes up and put into a 180 C (Gas mark 4) oven for about 10 minutes. |
