Ingredients: 100 g mayonnaise 1 tbsp mango chutney 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley 1 tbsp finely chopped cress 100 ml whipping cream salt 200 g prawns 4 lemon slices 1 jar caviar a little lettuce Directions:1. Mix the mayonnaise with the chutney, parsley and cress. Whip the cream and fold in. Season with salt. 2. Share the prawns in portion sized bowls or glasses on top of a few lettuce leaves. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over each and garnish with sliced lemon, a little caviar and some dill. Place cold for an hour and serve with French baget. |
