Ingredients: 1 apple per person 1/2 l water 3 tbsp sugar
Directions:1. Cut the apples in half and remove the core. 2. Bring the water to the boil and dissolve the sugar in it. Simmer the apples in the sugar water for 2-3 minutes. Cool and fill the hole from the removed core in each apple with recurrent jelly. Excellent with for example roast pork. |
