Ingredients: 1/2 lb shrimp 1-2 pcs chili pepper 1 tsp garlic, chopped or minced white pepper 1/2 tsp cornstarch 1/8 tsp sesame oil vegetable oil green onion, chopped Directions:1. In a bowl, marinate shrimp with 1/8 tsp. white pepper, dash of sesame oil, 1/8 tsp. cornstarch and 1/8 tsp. salt. 2. In a frying pan, add 2 Tbs. vegetable oil. Fry the shrimp 1-2 minutes or until gold in color. Remove from pan. 3. In a frying pan, saute 1 tsp. garlic and slices of chili pepper. Add the shrimp, dash of sugar, dash of salt and dash of cooking wine. Garnish with green onion. |
