Ingredients: 3 sweet red peppers 2 cloves of garlic, cut into tiny pieces juice of 1/2 - 3/4 lemon 2 1/2 t. vegetable salt
Directions:1. Broil peppers on all sides until blackened. Put immediately into brown paper bag. When cool enough to handle, peel peppers and remove seeds. Cut into narrow strips, lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt. Add garlic, oil, and lemon juice. 2. Mix well. Check seasoning. Chill and serve. |
