Ingredients: 2 yams 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (real, organic) water Directions:Peel and chop the yams. Place in the smallest pot possible and cover with water. Let yams cook. Put the cooked yams and cooking water into a blender/food processor and blend. Add the remaining ingredients and blend. |
