Ingredients: 1 lb. garden salad 3 Tbs. chopped walnuts 1 small clove garlic, minced 1/8 tsp. salt optional 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil 1/2 cup seasoned croutons Directions:Combine lettuce and walnuts in a salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, except croutons, in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add pepper to taste and shake vigorously. Pour over salad and toss with croutons. |
