Ingredients: 1 tablespoon lard 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup beef broth or water 1 onion 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon 1/2 cup sour cream salt
Directions:Fry the onion in lard until yellowish. Add the flour, fry a little more, then pour the broth, add the salt, sugar, tarragon and let boil until the sauce is medium thick. Serve warm. |
