Ingredients: 1 large cauliflower 3 tablespoons butter 3-4 tablespoons grated parmesan (or other cheese) 1 tablespoon bread crumbs salt
Directions:Wash the cauliflower, divide into flowerets and boil in salt water. When ready, drain, place into a heat-resistant dish and sprinkle with parmesan. Then sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot. |
