5 dl butter milk
5 dl sugar
8 dl wheat flour
2 tsp soda
200 g butter or melted margarine
1 l blueberries or 7 dl blueberries and 3 dl raspberries
Blend soda with wheat flour. Melt and cool the fat. Blend the sugar, the flour and finally, the melted fat into the butter milk. Pour the batter on a baking plate cased with baking paper. Spread the berries on the surface of the dough. Bake the pie in 200 for about 20 minutes. Serve either softened icecream or vanilla sauce with the pie. To the whole portion you will need a litre of both. Tip: Blueberry pie is at its best when it is fresh and newly baked.
