small, round gingerbread cookies
100 g blue cheese
3 tbsp light cream
1. Soften blue cheese with fork or spoon and mix with cream into a smooth paste. Quarter and seed grapes. Spread or pipe cheese mixture on cookies and garnish with grape quarters and a twig of parsley.
2. Serve gingerbread canapes as appetizers, dessert or a part of cheese plate. These canapes are especially suitable to be served with Finnish drink glogg at Christmas time.
