Ingredients: 100 ml creme fraiche 100 ml rainbow trout or salmon roe 3 tbsp chopped dill 3 tbsp chopped chives white pepper (salt)
Directions:1. Mix chopped herbs with creme fraiche and gently mix in roe. Season with pepper and salt, if roe isn`t very salty. Serve with fried or grilled fish. 2. You may also whip creme fraiche until fluffy before adding other ingredients, to make a thicker sauce. |
