Ingredients: 24 tablespoons of powdered milk 8 cups of boiling water 3 tablespoons of unflavored yoghurt Directions:1. Mix the powdered milk and boiling water. 2. Heat the milk to a temperature that just barely lets you put your finger in without burning yourself. 3. Put the yogurt/milk mixture where it will remain warm (possibly just above the pilot light on a gas stove). Let sit for 8 hours. Refrigerate. 4. To flavor, you might add fruit, nuts or honey. |
