Ingredients: 2-3 ice cubes 15 ml yellow chartreuse 15 ml lemon juice 2 teasp grenadine Champagne Fruit in season, cut into small pieces Directions:1. Crack the ice (but don`t crush it into too small pieces) and place in a shake together with the chartreuse, lemon juice and grenadine. 2. Shake well and strain into a shallow champagne glass. 3. Top up with champagne and decorate with pieces of fruit. |
