Ingredients: 4 tbsp olive oil 100 g diced French bread 2 cloves chopped garlic 450 g tomatoes 150 g marinated olives 150 g drained artichoke hearts Dressing: 4 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 3 tbsp fresh chopped or torn oregano or parsley leaves 250 g pack of Sprigs of oregano or parsley Directions:Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add diced French bread and chopped garlic and fry until golden. Add tomatoes, cut into wedges, marinated olives and drained artichoke hearts from a jar. Make up a dressing with olive oil (using oil from jar of artichokes), red wine vinegar, fresh chopped or torn oregano or parsley leaves and seasoning. Pour over salad and add diced Camembert. Toss salad together lightly and spoon on to plates. Garnish with sprigs of oregano or parsley. |
