Ingredients: 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives 1 (8-ounce) bag (6 cups) torn lettuce 1/2 pound Roast Beef, cut into julienne strips 1/4 pound Hot Pepper Cheese, cubed 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges 2 thin onion slices, separated into rings Directions:Stir together salsa, sour cream and chili powder in small bowl; mix well. Combine all remaining ingredients in large bowl; toss lightly. Serve with dressing. |
