Ingredients: 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon red pepper 1 small onion, finely diced 1 tablespoon bell pepper, finely diced 1/2 cup cracker meal 1 pound white crabmeat Directions:Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt, pepper, onion, bell pepper and cracker meal. Mix thoroughly. Fold in crabmeat. Place in 2-quart round casserole or individual crab shells. Bake in preheated 325 F oven 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly. |
