Ingredients: 4 oz pkg crumbled blue cheese 4 oz jar Old English cheese 4 oz very sharp Cheddar cheese 3 oz pkg cream cheese 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Directions:Have cheeses at room temperature. Put in a medium-sized bowl, add dry mustard, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce, and blend well with mixer. Form into a ball, roll in walnuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers. |
