Ingredients: 4 bananas 4 slices of ham 60 gm grated Parmesan cheese 125 ml double cream, whipping cream Hungarian paprika Salt and pepper to taste Directions:1. Peel bananas, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika (be generous with this). Wrap a slice of ham around each banana. 2. Place bananas in a greased, oven-proof dish and pour cream over them. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top. 3. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve cold. |
