1 tbsp clarified butter (heat the butter till it froths and skim with a muslin filter)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp liquorice powder
150 ml milk
150 ml centrifuged fennel juice
1.Wash and dry the fennel.
2.Centrifuge to obtain 150 ml of liquid.
3.Pour into the blender with the other ingredients and process.
4.To serve pour into two ice filled glasses.
