Ingredients: 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp capers 2 tsp picante sauce 1 lb. shark, cut into large chunks
Directions:Combine first 6 ingredients. Marinate shark chunks in this mixture for 30 minutes. Put on grill for 3-6 minutes until done, depending on size of chunks. Serve with rice. |
