Ingredients: 1 frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed 1/2 cup grated provolone cheese, divided 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1 can (14.5 oz.) tomatoes, drained and cut into 1/4-inch slices, lengthwise 4 green onions, thinly sliced 2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:Preheat oven to 400 F; unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface; roll into approximately 12-inch square. Crimp edges; place on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle 1/4 cup provolone, mozzarella and oregano evenly over pastry. Arrange tomato slices over cheese. Sprinkle with green onion, bacon and remaining provolone. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden. |
