Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (14.5 oz.) Hunt`s Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic, drained 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup fully prepared Italian salad dressing 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley shredded lettuce juice of one fresh lime (optional) Directions:Combine and mix all ingredients, except lettuce. Serve over shredded lettuce; sprinkle with lime juice, if desired. To serve warm combine all ingredients omitting lettuce. Place in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350 F for 25 minutes or until warmed through. |
